The HypnoBirthing classes consist of 12 1/2 hours of instructions.Covered in class are relaxation and breathing techniques, nutrition,exercises to help prepare for birth and the basic physiology of birth.Prebirth parenting, visuals for bonding during the birth and after birth bonding are also covered in class.An emotional release is included in the course.Continued support via phone and email is included also along with an additional emotional release as your birthing time nears. HypnoBirthing Class Deposit (UT)

Only 5 couples will be accepted into the class. Reserve your spot and receive your book and cd with a deposit. The balance will be due on the first night of class unless other payment arrangements have been made. Email questions to mariechase@easierbirthing.com.
One On One HypnoBirthing Class (UT)

Are you in a hurry because you can’t make it through the 5 week class? I also offer a “One on One” class option that is tailored to your schedule and time line. This option is perfect if you just heard about HypnoBirthing and are 35 weeks or more along.
